We focus on creating sustainable lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Weight loss services are tailored to your nutrition like and needs. This is an add on service for just $99 (20 minute) consultation 4 week plan. 

Medically supervised weight loss with name brand peptides through Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk direct pharmacies. This service includes monthly name brand medication shipped to you! Patient pays the pharmacy direct. Provider visit is not included in cost.
